Upon completion send all your information to firstname.lastname@example.org for review. Our office will review all submitted documents and determine if we need to proceed further. If so, then we will follow up with you regarding next steps.
Submission of an application does not guarantee that you will be granted a meeting nor be accepted as a new preferred vendor. We take all applications seriously, so we encourage you to provide as much information as possible up to and including a complete business proposal.
